Traditional, local tea room and B&B in North Kessock, Inverness
Since opening in May 2018 we offer a wide range of delicious breakfasts, light lunches, homemade soup, weekly specials, home baking, tray bakes, afternoon teas. We always provide gluten free and vegetarian options too.
For our speciality teas and coffees we use Red Box organic tea and Eros fair trade coffee beans.

Our B&B is traditional stone cottage which once inhabited the ferrymen & their families and has used many different life changes over the years from residential to commercial. Now it offers 4 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a guest lounge and conservatory
